  2. Thanks for the release, I've been anticipating this for quite some time now.

    And what's wrong with the raws? The resolution seems fairly adequate, and the rest should be a matter of cleaning.

  3. thx a lot for the chapter love it you can download raws for this manga here but i dont know about their quality http://www.raw1st.org/2011/08/jisatsutou.html

  4. THANK YOU! I've been trying to convince Death Toll to take back what was stolen from them by Illimnati assholes. All they did was release enough chapters (2 volumes) to discourage DT from trying to take it back. Now they hardly release chapters from this series because they have some sort of superiority complex and like to hold on to finished chapters until the masses are begging for it. Watch, they'll release another volume that has probably collecting dust for months. I think all groups should just take all their series and release them at a reasonable rate. Maybe it'd give them a kick in the ass so they realize they're not untouchable, just a bunch of dicks who were picking on up-and-coming scanlator groups with few members to compete with them.
    After examining the quality, I'd say you did a pretty good job. If you find it necessary, make a version 2 later on so you can show those Illuminati fucks your intentions.
    As for the better raws, ask around on MangaUpdates forums or Raw Crossing (not so sure about the last one, but I see a lot of credits acknowledging them as the raw providers). They usually have something good, or at least will point you in the right direction.
    Thanks again, keep up the great work! Looking forward to more releases, so long as they don't take months and months to come out lol. Just look here: http://www.mangaupdates.com/releases.html?search=38105&stype=series
    Such dedication, right?! lol

    1. Also, on page 027 (your numbering) in the middle panel, you should add an outline to text with a 2 pixel wide white border (or whatever it's called) around the the words when there's a dark background. I couldn't read what it said. I can't remember exactly how to do it, but many typesetters (well, pretty much anyone who's in a scanlator group) could tell you how. It's very, very easy. Thanks again :)

    2. Oh dear. I'm terribly sorry about page 027. I don't know _how_ that ever escaped QC. I'll upload a fixed version immediately.

      As to the numbering, the numbering is from the original volume page numbering, with advertisements and blank pages omitted. Do you guys prefer to keep this, or do you guys want me to rename the files?

  5. I don't get the Illuminati hate, can someone tell me about it and why, they release good manga and it may take time, but its done good and right.

    They also don't have a huge staff and most of the manga they scan are ones that don't have a huge fan base, there website is very simple with two ads on it. There is no huge donate button, so its not like there making a huge amounts of money like these other speed scaners like Mange Stream, and sites like Manga Reader. Its seem like you all are bunch of spoiled assholes, who don't like scan groups, who are slow.

    I bet you guys will start bad mouthing Tako Luka soon, to cause they have a small staff also, and won't release chapters super fast.

    1. I simply hate Illuminate because they steal other groups works. Then, as I said before, they release a bulk of chapters to discourage competition from those they stole from (like Death Toll when they were still a small group), only to release the chapters waaay slower than those they stole from. They stole this series because they do Holyland and I assume they wanted to monopolize Mori Kouji's work or something. They didn't offer for a joint or if they could take over scanlation, which is an unspoken rule amongst scanlators. They stole from a small, up-in-coming group just because they could. Therefore, they are inconsiderate assholes. It's not about money nor release times. It's the way they go about their business. I'm not expecting "super fast" releases, jackass but just for this series to get the attention it deserves. Even if it's once a month, I wouldn't mind. Better than having egotistic assholes have the control. Last release from Illuminati was almost 4 months ago. I just wanted justice. Read the comments FFS. Don't skim through comments, see Illuminati being bashed a bit and not reading why people dislike them. You sound like a retard. Do a little research before asking stupid questions please ;)
      Sure there will be people who complain about releases not being fast enough, big friggin' deal. They're usually kids or people with no life. This group will do thing how they want and that's that. Just be satisfied you're getting free translated manga. They don't have a huge staff because of what I said they were above (egotistical assholes). OMG and no donate button! Poineers in scanlation they are! Looks like one of their team members has availability to cash or works. God forbid if someone were to give a few bucks to the people who scanlated their manga and uploaded it online FOR FREE.
      Sorry for the rant. Ignorance drives me mad :P

    2. Yeah, about the joint thing... Deathtoll and Illuminati just started a joint for this... Volume 5 was going to be sped along soon. I don't know what's going to happen now, but I'll see what GGpX and Uruner want to do.

    3. My dear chore boi, you need to calm down and take a chill pill.

      After that, it's time to stop making up stuff on internet - this includes your made up grudge between DT and illu, "stealing" accusations, finished release holding back (lol what?) and what not.
      I didn't really understand the rant about them not accepting donations. You upset they don't accept money? -_- illu only accepts physical book donations for raws, because accepting money wouldn't be transparent (at the end of the day this is all illegal stuff).

      You come across as an very ignorant kid with no life.
      Lot of pent up anger. Please be safe.

      Congratulations on your first release Tako Luka. All the best to you in your future releases and projects.

    4. I did some research, I couldn't find anything out there, that's why I ask, why people hate them. Can you point me in the direction of the super secret website. Also if they did bully Death-Toll out of doing Jisatsutou, that sucks. So please enlighten me with knowledge good Sir. Anyway, I'll go look deeper to see if I find some info on what your saying.

      I just get a little mad when people bash other groups cause they don't release fast enough, and that what most of the comments was. But from what I get is there evil, they bully Death-toll out of doing Jisatsutou, and they steal projects. Also release bulk chapters and stop doing said manga, when the other group drops it.

    5. They didn't steal it, Deathtoll let them have it. Illuminati told Deathtoll that they could release it in better quality(Deathtoll's quality back then was just awful) and Deathtoll chose to back down instead of going to war.

  6. (GGpX here, it's not letting me select a user name)

    Random thought. The same people who are probably slobbering all over our site whenever we release anything are probably the same who are whining that we don't release anything here.

    @bunty

    "those dammed Illuminati bastards were not releasing anything even though they r having it all scanlated"

    You're half correct. We weren't releasing it, but not because we were holding any chapters back.

    @Chore Boy

    "THANK YOU! I've been trying to convince Death Toll to take back what was stolen from them by Illimnati assholes. First, we didn't steal it from Death-Toll. The original scanlators, Red Hawk Scans, dropped the series after chapter 4 and we asked them if we could pick it up. They said yes and we started to work on it. In between working on volume 1, Death Toll started to release from chapter 5. If you want to call that stealing, go right ahead.

    Second, the reason we haven't released anything in a long time is because we have no translator for it. The shocking reality that some of you don't understand is that people some people join groups and some people leave groups, some people go on hiatus and some people just flat out disappear. But in your vision of 'I want more, now now now!!!', this reality doesn't seem to exist.

    Third, Death-Toll has more members in its' group than mine does.

    (To be continued...)

    The last sentence is golden. "Ignorance drives me mad." The irony is so sweet and golden, it's like a child having a fit.

    As I stated before, we didn't steal the project from Death-Toll and I don't expect you to believe it. Your bias will blind you from reason. That said, which other projects did we "steal"? Seeing as you hate us for it, I'm curious.

    We are not holding back releases. We don't have a translator for it.

    But please, continue typing and acting like you really know what's going on. Seeing as you know much more than I do, apparently.

    @e43b4e48-d9a0-11e1-bc91-000bcdcb5194 & Be Safe

    I've asked for donations a total of five or six times in the group's history. Twice for the website, once for our IRC bot, once when I was broke & couldn't buy books and once to help fund one of my editor's new laptop. Between all of that, I probably got something like $100 total.

    I don't want donations. I don't want people who have a "stake" (If you can call it that) in the scanlation process only because they donated money and they want us to hurry up. The only time we do "hurry up" is when we have scheduled releases. Thankfully, nobody who's donated has ever asked me to hurry up the releases, but I don't ever want to be in that situation.

    Another reason is that this is a hobby. I don't want to be paid for a hobby. If I wanted to get paid, I'd work towards getting a second job so I could work in the manga industry. But by doing that, I lose the sovereignty I have to pick, drop, stall basically any project I want and community I have with the people in my group. Especially the community in my group.

    Anyway, I got an e-mail from the head of the site, but I need to talk with some people about the project and how things will go from here.

    See you.
